The newly completed Fitness and Wellness Center at The Vintage Club provides services beyond a typical fitness center that will assist members in achieving this balance and maximizing personal potential.

Fitness
State-of-the-art equipment and the finest trainers have come together at The Vintage to provide you with the ultimate fitness experience. The spacious, functional fitness area contains a myriad of equipment for your fitness needs. Cardiovascular equipment available includes treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals, exercise bicycles, power plate and a rowing machine. Weight training equipment available includes free weights and circuit training machines. Ample floor space is available for comfortable, private and enjoyable individual workouts or personal training sessions. Pilates and Gyrotonics are available in the “Flex Studio.”

Group Exercise
The group exercise program at The Vintage Club is designed to offer something for everyone. Each month, we present an active calendar of group exercise classes including Core Training, Spinning, Mat Pilates, Yoga, 20/20/20 and more in a spacious group exercise setting that may also be partitioned to allow for private exercise sessions.

Wellness
The Wellness Center provides Vintage Club members with the ultimate escape. Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms contain amenities such as showers, steam rooms, lockers and a comfortable relaxation lounge area. Our soundproof treatment rooms provide the ultimate sanctuary for your spa treatments. Experienced, professional therapists are available for a variety of massage and facial services by appointment.

Swim Complex
The Swim Complex offers a luxurious zero-base entry into the 25-yard pool, providing an area for waders as well as a safe place for small children to enjoy the pool. Surrounded by cascading waterfalls and tempered glass walls, the sprawling pool deck offers a private sun-bathing area, an open social deck, and an area for you to relax under a bougainvillea-draped pergola.
